These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and sixgme ("sixgme", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at https://sixgme.cam (the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all access to and use of the Platform, including registration, account operation, participation in gaming and betting activities, use of promotional offers and any related services provided by sixgme.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager, you represent that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and close any account you hold.

sixgme is an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform serving Pakistani players across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and other cities. These Terms are published in English and shall be interpreted in English. Where any translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

You may only register and maintain an Account on the Platform if you satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction or applicable local law — whichever is greater. Proof of age may be requested at any time.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual, not on behalf of a third party or as a professional agent.
• You have not previously been excluded from gambling services or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, director, agent or close associate of sixgme or its affiliated entities.
• You have assessed and accept the legal position applicable to you in your jurisdiction regarding online gambling.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete and current personal information. You are required to maintain and promptly update this information if it changes. sixgme reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information provided, including but not limited to a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or other government-issued identification acceptable in Pakistan.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Multiple Accounts held by the same individual (whether identified by name, address, device, payment method, IP address or other means) are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of Funds and permanent Account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. sixgme will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited communication.

You agree to notify sixgme immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any suspected breach of security. sixgme shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security of your credentials.

You must not share your Account with any other person or allow any third party to use your Account. Wagers placed through your Account are deemed to have been placed by you, regardless of actual usage.

KYC documentation must be submitted promptly when requested. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality or Account closure, at sixgme's discretion. All Funds held in an unverified Account that subsequently cannot be verified as legitimate may be withheld pending investigation.

All deposits to and withdrawals from your Account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. sixgme does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources, and withdrawals will only be processed back to a verified payment method belonging to the Account holder.

Available deposit and withdrawal methods are displayed in the cashier section of your Account and are subject to change. Payment references familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah — are listed for informational context only. sixgme does not represent that any named payment provider endorses, supports or facilitates gambling transactions on this Platform. Availability, transaction limits, processing times and applicable fees vary by provider and are subject to each provider's own terms.

Cryptocurrency deposits including BTC and USDT are welcomed on the Platform where available. Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are processed at rates applicable at the time of the transaction. sixgme is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timeframes are also specified in the cashier and are subject to KYC completion. sixgme reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to large or unusual transaction requests.

sixgme may offer promotional incentives including Welcome Offers, Sports Starter bonuses, Cricket Weekend Offers, Crypto deposit bonuses, cashback schemes, free bets and loyalty rewards from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific Bonus Terms published alongside each offer and form part of these Terms by reference.

Any illustrative figures referenced in marketing materials — such as "100% Welcome Offer up to PKR 25,000", "Sports Starter up to PKR 10,000" or "Crypto Offer up to PKR 20,000" — are examples only and do not represent guaranteed live promotions. Actual offer amounts, eligibility criteria and Wagering Requirements are specified in the applicable Bonus Terms at the time of the promotion.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant Bonus Terms:

• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonus offers are limited to one per person, household, IP address and device unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Unmet Wagering Requirements after the expiry date will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.
• Not all games or betting markets contribute equally to meeting Wagering Requirements. Contribution rates are specified in individual Bonus Terms.
• sixgme reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to protecting your accrued Wagering Requirement progress where reasonable.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering patterns designed to extract Bonus value, or use of multiple Accounts — constitutes prohibited conduct and will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product (sportsbook, live casino, slots, table games, esports). These rules are accessible within each game or betting market and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Sportsbook: Cricket markets — covering the Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC tournaments including the Cricket World Cup and T20 World Cup, bilateral Test series and T20 Internationals — are among the primary markets available. Football, UFC, tennis, basketball and esports betting are also available. Pre-match and live in-play betting is offered on selected events. Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet acceptance. A bet is only confirmed once it has been accepted and a confirmation reference is issued.

Casino: RTP (Return to Player) percentages and House Edge figures for casino games are published within each game's information panel and represent theoretical long-term averages over millions of rounds. Past results do not indicate or guarantee future outcomes. All RNG (Random Number Generator) games are subject to independent certification for fairness.

sixgme reserves the right to void bets placed in error, resulting from a technical fault, an obvious pricing error or irregular market conditions. In the event of a void, the original stake will be returned to your Account.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using another person's Account or payment method.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, match-fixing, insider betting or use of prohibited software (bots, automated tools, exploits).
• Bonus abuse, including systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed to extract Bonus value.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, interfere with or disrupt the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform in violation of the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, sixgme reserves the right to suspend Account access, withhold Funds pending investigation, void affected bets and permanently close the Account. sixgme may disclose relevant information to law enforcement authorities where required.

sixgme is committed to responsible gambling. Gambling is a form of entertainment that carries inherent financial risk. It is not a means of generating income and should never be used to resolve financial difficulties. We strongly encourage all players to approach gambling with a pre-set budget and clear time limits.

The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible directly from your Account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit thresholds. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases may be subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum net loss permitted within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the maximum duration of a single gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Exclusion requests are processed promptly and without unnecessary delay.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, logos, trade marks, text, data, databases and game content — is the exclusive property of sixgme or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal and lawful recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform or its content without prior written consent from sixgme.

The sixgme name, logo and associated marks are trade marks of sixgme. Unauthorised use of any sixgme mark is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sixgme's total liability to you in connection with these Terms and your use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount of real-money Funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

sixgme shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of business, loss of revenue or loss of data arising from your use of the Platform.
• Platform downtime, technical failures, errors or interruptions beyond sixgme's reasonable control.
• Any financial loss resulting from your decision to participate in gambling activities, including losses due to market movements, odds changes or unfavourable game outcomes.
• The actions of third-party payment providers, including processing delays, transaction failures or charges.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms or from unauthorised Account access resulting from your own failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability that cannot be limited by applicable law, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

sixgme reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time where it reasonably believes that:

• A User has materially breached these Terms or engaged in prohibited conduct.
• An Account is being operated in an ineligible jurisdiction in violation of applicable law.
• An Account has not been used for an extended period (dormant account).
• KYC verification has not been completed within a reasonable period following a request.
• Suspicious transaction patterns have been identified that require investigation.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the User, any verified remaining balance of real-money Funds will be returned to the User via their registered payment method following completion of applicable security and KYC checks.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary Account closure does not affect any obligations or liabilities accrued prior to the date of closure.

sixgme reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated Effective Date. Where a change materially affects your rights or obligations, sixgme will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Account holders via email or an in-Platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sixgme holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith direct negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the dispute to arbitration or the competent courts of the applicable licence jurisdiction, as determined by sixgme's operating licence at the relevant time.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief before a competent court. This clause does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
